Data Deletion Request
Last updated: June 5, 2026
AdTempo LLC ("Ad Tempo") gives you full control over the data we hold and the connections you authorize. This page explains how to disconnect a platform and how to request deletion of your data.
Option 1 — Disconnect a platform (instant, self-service)
You can revoke Ad Tempo's access to any connected advertising or analytics account at any time:
- Sign in to Ad Tempo and open your account settings, where your connected platforms are listed.
- Select the platform (Meta, TikTok, X, Google Ads, or Google Analytics 4) and choose Disconnect.
Disconnecting immediately revokes our access token for that platform and stops further data retrieval. The data previously retrieved from that platform is deleted or de-identified within 30 days.
You may also revoke Ad Tempo's access directly from the platform itself (for example, in your Meta, X, TikTok, or Google account's connected-apps / business-integration settings).
Option 2 — Delete your account and all data
To delete your Ad Tempo account and all associated data:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account; or
- If account self-deletion is available in your version of the app, delete your account from your account settings.
To help us verify and process your request, please include:
- The email address on your Ad Tempo account;
- The platform(s) involved, if your request is specific (e.g., "delete my Meta data"); and
- Whether you want to delete a specific connection or your entire account.
What we delete
- Your account and profile information;
- OAuth tokens and credentials for connected platforms;
- Advertising, analytics, and conversion data we retrieved on your behalf;
- Associated reports, insights, and configurations.
We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law (for example, billing records) or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Backups are purged on our standard backup-rotation cycle.
If you connect your own data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) as a first-party data source, that warehouse is your system of record and stays under your control. When you erase an end-user, Ad Tempo deletes our copy of that person's events and suppresses re-import so a later warehouse sync will not bring the record back — but deleting the original record in your own warehouse is your responsibility.
Timeline
We confirm receipt of email requests promptly and complete verified deletions within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable law.
